The Chairman was obliged to cancel the scheduled Extraordinary Meeting for April 8th 2022 at short notice as the meeting would not have been quorate due to Councillors' unforeseen personal circumstances.

Government Consultation on Rural Broadband
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has launched a consultation into improving broadband connectivity to very hard to reach places and wants to hear the views and experiences of consumers in rural and remote areas. The consultation closes in June 2021.

Vaccination against Covid 19
News today from NW Leics. Community Focus Team:
Measham Leisure Centre, off High Street, Measham, will host a community-based vaccination centre from this week.
Residents will be contacted by their GP practice to book vaccinations when their turn comes.

Road Closure 23rd and 24th September 2020
Details received today re the closure of Charley Road from Oaks Road to Nanpantan Road on 23d and 24th September from 0900 to 15.00.
It is not clear if this is a date change to the closure notified below.
