Payment of Invoices
In response to the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK, the absence of the Clerk through illness, and because it is not possible to convene a meeting of the Parish Council, the Chairman shall have the delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the Council where such decision cannot reasonably deferred. It is proposed by the Chairman and agreed by each of the Councillors by email that the following invoices be paid without further delay:
To Leics and Rutland Association of Local Councils
£170 in respect of Internal Audit for Charley Parish Council
£131.32 in respect of membership of CPC to the above Association.
This will be Minuted for confirmation at the next possible meeting of Charley Parish Council.
