Councillor Michael Froggatt and Councillor Richard Froggatt did not stand for election on Thursday 2nd May 2019 and there were no other candidates so Councillor Maureen Havers, Councillor Richard Bailey and Councillor Margaret Pitts were automatically re-elected.
